Collaborative Action Research as a model for Teachers’ Professional Development

Collaborative action research, as a kind of professional development model was planned and implemented in two school units of primary education of Thessaloniki. Collaborative action research involved teachers and academics at an equal basis, aiming at the implementation of new teaching practices and participants’ professional development, generally.
