Children's active involvement in participatory research: The case of “the Mosaic approach”

Abstract: Recent years have seen a growing emphasis on involving children in research. Τhe article examines the notion of children doing research and the contribution of participatory research to the re-evaluation of the role of children and adults in research. It examines how children can play an active role in research. It describes the Mosaic approach and the elements that link it with the characteristics of action research. Then, it discusses the challenges for involving children in research.
